Request a crew

Why veterans.

Early is on time

Call time means standing ready at call time. Nobody has to teach them that.

They follow the call sheet

A set is a chain of command. Veterans already know how to take direction and pass it down clean.

Safety is a habit

Stands get bagged. Cables get taped. Long days stay calm. That's how they were trained.

Every department.

Camera

Operators, first and second ACs, DITs.

Lighting
